Ginolis is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Buhlmann as our General Manager for North America. With a distinguished career marked by profound expertise in business development, leadership, and general management, Chris brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to our organization.
Chris has served as the Vice President of the global Product Line for Industrial Power Transmission at the Gates Corporation and as a Global General Manager and Vice President for Tektronix Communications, a Danaher company. He also worked as Global Vice President of Sales for the Test and Optimization business unit at Tektronix Communications.
Throughout his distinguished career, Chris has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead regional and international sales organizations. He has been a driving force behind global strategic initiatives, particularly in the Defence and Government markets. His strategic vision and expertise have enabled companies to expand their global footprint and excel in complex markets.
Before his corporate journey, Chris served as a US Naval Flight Officer on the aircraft carrier-based S-3B Viking from 1986 to 1995. While in the US Navy, he served in the Western Pacific and Persian Gulf, acquiring invaluable experience and a profound understanding of aviation and defence.
Even after transitioning to civilian life, Chris continued his service through aviation-centric reserve assignments until 2010, ultimately retiring from combined active and reserve duty service as a US Navy Captain (O-6). His unwavering commitment to his country and exemplary leadership skills inspire everyone.
