Kaiku Packages
There are three different Kaiku packages with three different level to choose from.
A Grafana solution is used in Insight package for providing easy-to-understand visualizations for important keypoints. We can also provide data access to PowerBi and CSV reports if needed.
Efficiency
Insight Efficiency includes produced and rejected parts calculations, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations, yield rate, cycle time and PPM timeline.Quality
Insight Quality contains product related matters as rejection reasons of product and data from material. Quality also includes measurement of environment such as timeline of humidity and temperature.Uptime

Storesight package includes three different options to store images for desired time. Customer can also choose which cameras images will be stored (e.g all cameras, all quality check cameras or just some of them).
