The partnership brings together Ginolis’ automation, robotics, engineering, and product development capabilities with Skillsta’s laboratory, regulatory, documentation, and AI/ML expertise. The aim is to create a practical cooperation model that supports customer opportunities where the combined capabilities of both companies can lead to stronger proposals, improved technical outcomes, and broader project scope.
The cooperation will focus on selected opportunities where the combination of automation and specialist life science expertise creates clear customer value. This may include laboratory automation, diagnostics, medical and life science applications, quality systems, predictive maintenance, AI-supported development, and regulated product environments.
